The Cycling Marathon Franja was held this year with a few restrictions!

Slovenia conducted the cycling Marathon Franja professionally and following the current situation. This time the Italian won the marathon, and only moments behind him, the Slovenian Matej Lovše arrived at the finish line.

The biggest cycling event in Slovenia, where competitors have to cycle for as much as 156 km, occurs through major cities in Slovenia, including Ljubljana, Škofja Loka, and Vodice. This year’s winner cycled the entire route in just 3 hours, 26 minutes, and 3 seconds. Those who could not cycle for 156 km, attended the Little Franja, the course was 97 km. The winner was Matic Plaznik, who cycled to the finish line in 2 hours, 12 minutes, and 58 seconds.

The Marathon Franja, lasted over two days,and was attended by 2,000 cyclists.
