GEA College to Host a Seminar-Workshop on Holistic Customer Experience

On Wednesday, 23 October 2019, at 04:00 p.m., a seminar-workshop on Holistic Customer Experience will be held at GEA College (Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta, 156). The lesson will be held by Master Aleksandra Brank, a specialist with over 20 years of experience in marketing, including 17 years of experience in senior marketing positions in Slovenian and multinational companies. During the three-hour seminar, Aleksandra Brank will present to the audience the basics of Holistic Customer Experience and its importance for the company.

Seminar content: customer service culture; organisational acceptance and responsibility for holistic customer experience; VOC (voice of customers) – understanding of customers; customer experience design, improvement and innovation to create the best holistic customer experience; metrics, measurements and return on investment ratios that accompany the results of a holistic customer experience; holistic customer experience strategy.
