Acrobats from Dunking Devils Set a New World Record

Slovenian acrobats from the well-known band Dunking Devils set a new world record by throwing a ball into the basket after a jump on the trampoline located 10 metres and 16 centimetres away from the basket. The record was set in Ljubljana on Congress Square during an international street basketball tournament on Sunday, 19 August 2018.

The achievement of the Slovenes Tomaž Kranjec and Matevž Pogačar will be listed in the Guinness World Book of Records. Tomaž Kranjec won in the duel of two record holders.

Slovenian masters have been preparing for setting this record during 6 months. Initially, they planned to exceed the previous result by at least 5 centimetres. The author of the previous record (10 metres and 5 centimetres) was the Briton Jordan Ramos.
